For large-scale event items and specialty promotional products, such as pens, mugs, and water bottles, we partner with reliable Canadian suppliers who share our quality standards.

Our usual turnaround time is about 2–3 weeks. Please note that specialty products or busy seasons may take a little longer but we’ll always keep you updated along the way!

There’s no minimum order for custom apparel, though quantity discounts are available for multi-piece orders. Some promotional items, such as mugs or pens, do have minimum order requirements.

We offer vectorizing and embroidery digitizing services to ensure your design is clean, crisp, and ready for production.

We don’t create new logo designs, but we’re happy to work with your existing artwork. If needed, we can adjust or resize your logo to fit the space perfectly.

A vector file is a type of artwork file (usually .AI, .EPS, or .SVG) that can be resized without losing quality which is needed for embroidery, screen printing or large-scale production.

If you don’t have one, no problem! We can vectorize your logo for a small fee to make sure it’s crisp, clear, and ready to use.

Yes, you can bring your own item! However, we’ll need to inspect it first to make sure it fits safely in our machinery and can be decorated without damage. Please note that decoration costs are higher on items not purchased through us.

Yes! We always provide virtual proofs for approval before production begins. Physical samples are included with large orders and can also be arranged for smaller orders for an additional fee.

We provide both shipping and local pickup options. International shipping may also available depending on location.
